AI/SI - Found the Light at the End of the Road

AI seems to be finding a way into daily life that does not always require arming the infrastructure just to answer faster. When people start handing the work over, then go for a cup of coffee, or go to sleep and come back the next morning to see the result, AI has more time to work. Part of the race then shifts toward finishing the job while the person is away

He is getting used to that rhythm too. He has never used this many tokens, for himself or for work. A token is a small unit AI uses to process language, but for him they are becoming traces of conversations, of tries, fixes, and doing it over. He hands over more work, and some of it keeps running even after he has shut the machine down

He uses ChatGPT to think things through, because that is where his mother tongue is understood best. Half-formed ideas, still unclear in how they are said, go there, and after a while of talking they take shape. When he needs software written, he turns to Claude, because he trusts the way Claude writes code. Cursor, Grok, and Gemini he keeps for the quick, simple, repeated tasks, especially once the method has already been packed into ready-made skills

That way of using them makes him think AI can find a place by settling into the rhythm of a human life. Infrastructure still needs to grow, but not every job needs a result in a few seconds. Some work only needs to be done well enough before morning. In that stretch of time he can sleep, while the things he just thought of keep going
